Our standard rental period is four weeks. If you need more time, you can easily request an extension during booking or by contacting us before your pickup date (subject to seasonal availability)

Not necessarily. Many customers have us leave or collect the totes from a garage, driveway, porch, or secure apartment lobby. We’ll coordinate the details with you ahead of time.

We operate rain, snow, or shine (it is Minnesota, after all), but we will always communicate with you directly if severe weather impacts safety or delivery timing.

Payment is collected securely online at the time of booking. Your card on file will only be charged for approved rental extensions or in the rare event of lost or damaged equipment.

All rental packages include:

• Reusable moving totes with lids
• Rolling tote bases
• Labels and markers to keep things organized
• A smile (cheesy but true)

We don’t expect perfection. We simply ask that totes are:

• Empty
• Free of trash and liquids
• Reasonably clean and odor-free

Totes returned with excessive dirt, strong odors, pests, biological contamination, or prohibited materials may incur additional cleaning or replacement fees.

Please do not use our totes for:

• Hazardous or illegal materials
• Liquids without proper sealing
• Food or materials likely to leak or spoil
• Construction debris or sharp objects
• Biological or medical waste

Basically, if it could damage the totes or create a safety/sanitation issue, please don’t pack it in our equipment.

We've got you. If you need to add additional totes after the initial delivery, we keep it simple:

• 5 additional totes: $25
• 10 additional totes: $45
• Additional rolling base: $10
• Delivery fee: $25 for our core service area, $50 for our extended service area.

If you return them on your scheduled pickup date, there's no additional pickup fee.

Just contact us before your scheduled pickup date. We’ll do our best to accommodate extensions based on availability.

Normal wear and tear is expected. However, customers are responsible for damaged, missing, or unreturned equipment at the end of the rental period.

Please contact us to arrange an extension. When we come to pick them up, they should be:

• Empty
• Accessible
• Ready at the scheduled pickup time

While we hate to add extra charges, there is a $25 re-pickup fee if we show up at the scheduled time and they're not ready. 

Temporary outdoor use is fine, but we ask that totes be protected from excessive exposure to the elements whenever possible.

Nope. While we'd like to be flexible on this, our rental agreement is with you, not anyone else, so we have to keep it that way.
